Community Yoga Project will open Wellnergy Festival with its Mindfulness Day, 3 hours experience bringing together all in one yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing and ecstatic dance.
This session is designed to help you release tension, connect deeply with yourself and others, and immerse in a supportive, uplifting community. Expect movement, music, and mindfulness—all in a space of warmth, openness, and shared energy.
