No, Wellnergy is a day event! If you fancy staying in the area after or before the event, there are lots of nearby hotels.
Absolutely. If you come on your own to Wellnergy you get to set your own schedule and you won’t have to cater to anyone else’s tastes.
Whether you want to spend the whole day in our Fitness Tent working up a sweat in the different classes, or you want to fully investigate our FitPro and Exhibitor area of the festival, you can run your own time!
We have lots of other solo festival goers, so you are bound to meet new people with similar interests throughout the day!
- Your Ticket Confirmation – You can show us the barcode on your phone (no need for printing)!
- Activewear – if you want to take part in all of our fitness sessions
- A Yoga Mat – we will have a limited amount of these to rent on the day for a small fee, but these will be provided on a first come, first serve basis, so we advise that you bring your own!
- A Small Towel – If you are planning to take part in our more active sessions you may need a small towel.
- Camping chairs & picnic blankets – There will be benches and chairs but if you’d like to bring things to make your day more comfortable please feel free!
- Portable charger – it’s a long day so worth bringing if you have one!
There is no car park at the festival however, Wimbledon Park is a central destination with many public transport links and surrounding areas for car parking.
Yes! Wellnergy Festival takes place at Wimbledon Park, which is easily accessible by public transport.
Tube: The nearest station is Wimbledon Park (District Line), just a short walk from the festival entrance. Southfields (District Line) is also nearby.
Train: You can take a train to Wimbledon Station, which is well connected via National Rail and Tram services. From there, it's a quick bus or Tube ride to the park.
Bus: Several bus routes serve the area, including the 39, 493, and 156, which stop near Wimbledon Park.
Cycling & Walking: There are cycle paths leading to the park, and bike parking will be available near the festival entrance.
We always recommend checking TfL’s Journey Planner or Google Maps for real-time travel updates.
Those under 16 will need to enter with an appropriate adult over 18 years old.
Those above 16 will need a photographic ID to prove their age. This must have a clear photograph and your Date of Birth on it.
Accepted forms of ID include a Passport, a Full or Provisional Driver’s Licence, Citizen’s Card, Yoti Digital Age Verification, Student Card, Young Person’s Travel Card, or a Home Office approved PASS Card.
Entry to our events is at the discretion of venue management, so if you do not hold a valid form of photographic I.D. we highly recommend applying for one using the links below to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately we can’t allow food to be brought onsite. Our food vendors will be catering for all; there will be vegan, halal, and plain food options available for anyone with dietary requirements. They will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner!
We also have a bar and some amazing drinks brands offering alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks.
Whilst all classes, workshops and speaker sessions are included within the ticket price, if you fancy trying some food/drinks or buying some products from our amazing exhibitors, you will need some money for this.
Our bars are card only, but the rest of our vendors can accept both.

The dress code is sports wear for the fitness enthusiasts, or creative festival vibes for the music goers! Bonus points if you can fuse the two into one! The main thing is that you feel comfortable!
The festival runs from:
Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
However, gates open at 9:30 AM on both days, so you can arrive early to get settled before the festival officially begins.
No, unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at Wellnergy Festival, except for registered service dogs. We appreciate your understanding in helping us create a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees.
All classes are on a first come first serve basis – we recommend arriving early to ensure you get a good spot!

Please bring your own yoga mat for fitness classes – we will have a very limited amount available for sale on the day in London.

Most of our event spaces are covered, but please be mindful that some outdoor areas may be affected by wet weather. We recommend checking the forecast and bringing suitable footwear if needed.
Yes, we offer complimentary tickets for carers. Please email goodvibes@wellnergy.com to arrange this. Additionally, we have a Neurodiversity Tent and support staff available to assist where needed.
